Our Technology and Patents

Green Oil Technologies converts crude and pyrolysis oil using natural wells or waste gas at low pressure and within a specialized temperature range, facilitating an efficient, safe thermal process for crude oil or distillate enhancement through sequential modular processing. This conversion process enables us to transform light crude into usable diesel, kerosene, and gas fuel assets, while also segregating contaminants such as sulfur and other metals, resulting in a more environmentally responsible and profitable fuel.

The Reverse Distillation Process Brief

The refining process involves heating a hydrocarbon oil feedstock to a temperature where two or more fractions distil simultaneously in the presence of gas injection. Subsequently, the hydrocarbon vapors are cooled under controlled conditions, leading to the separation of components through condensation, in an energy-efficient process.

Serial Reverse Distillation

This method entails heating a feedstock to a temperature at which multiple fractions distill simultaneously, with controlled injection of a sparging gas into the feedstock during distillation. This enables molecular cracking and fraction optimization. Hydrocarbon vapors are then cooled under controlled conditions, allowing separation through condensation rather than vaporization.
